Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If, within 30 days of the date of purchase, you are not satisfied with a product, American Farm Supply will replace the item or provide a credit for the full cost of the merchandise less shipping charges. Special or custom orders, books, videos, CD’s, DVD’s, software, ingestible or medical products are not returnable. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
After 30 days from the date of purchase American Farm Supply will assess a 20% restocking fee if the product is unused and still in its original packaging. Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. Additional packages of the same product must be in the original factory sealed package to be covered by this policy. Customer is responsible for return freight.
Defective Product
If, within 30 days of the date of purchase, a product is found to be defective, American Farm Supply will replace the item or refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping.
American Farm Supply reserves the right to physically inspect any product claimed to be defective. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs until defects are verified. If it is determined that the product is in fact defective, by an American Farm Supply technician, the customer will be credited the cost of the product and the return shipping cost or sent a replacement at the Customers request.. If shipment of a replacement item is requested before the defect is returned and verified, the Customer must pay for the replacement. Once the product is returned and the defect is verified a refund will be issued within 2 business days.
After 30 days from the date of purchase product defects will be evaluated as a warranty issue.
Warranted Products
In the event a product is warranted by American Farm Supply, an American Farm Supply vendor or manufacturer, all warranty policies and restrictions apply. If you wish to obtain a written copy of a warranty, please Contact Us and reference the product name and item number in your request. Manufacturer warranties supersede all American Farm Supply warranties.
Damages & Shortages
Contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.
Important Notice:
All returns require the issuance of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA please call customer service between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time. Freight cost on acceptable returns is the responsibility of the customer. Detailed return instructions will be provided by customer service at the time an RMA is issued.
